This coming Monday we'll be unveiling Intacct Spring 2008, a major new release of our financial management and accounting applications. Hat's off to the Intacct product management, engineering, operations and documentation teams who've done a tremendous job and put in a ton of hard work.

The main focus of Spring 2008 is Intacct Insight - a major upgrade to our dashboarding, reporting, analytics and performance management capabilities. We've designed the whole system to be easy to configure, easy to use and in particular easy to deploy - our market research and our discussions with clients and partners has made it clear that with the slowing economy CFO's are more concerned than ever about financial visibility - including getting key operational and performance metrics out across the company.

We designed and priced Intacct Insight with this in mind - In addition to dashboards, reporting and performance management it also includes alerting and workflow, and we've packaged it together with expense reporting too.

Because Intacct Insight is web-based and secure any employee with a web browser and an Internet connection can instantly see how their part of the business is performing, no matter where they are and when they need to know. And we've priced it for broad deployment - we asked CFO's what price would make deploying Intacct Insight widely across the company a no-brainer - and as a result it costs just $10 per user per month.

There is a lot more in Intacct Spring 2008- 225 customer and partner driven new features and enhancements, upgrades to our data center and disaster recovery, and major improvements to our services offerings. You can find a link to the replay of our launch webcast, and the slides from the presentation on the Intacct Community forum.

We at Intacct are excited about this major new release. If you are an Intacct client or partner you can start using all of the new features immediately.
